2 Storey 10x6 ft Love Heart Cottage Wooden playhouse with 1ft canopy

Wonderful 2 storey wooden playhouse. The roof was re-felted last year. The playhouse has three windows two downstairs which do no open and one upstairs which does. It has a heart theme in "fake" shutters and front door. The upstairs play area is 134cm x 174 cm. The base has no damage at all to it as the house has always been housed on a concrete floor. Some of the lower log strips need some attention due to weathering but other than that it is great condition. The cottage includes the Little Tikes Country Cottage which is in excellent condition and the plastic Smoby picnic table. All ready for when the little ones "move in". The cost is £300 or sensible offers might be considered which if you have been researching these playhouses in an excellent price for the size. The playhouse is cash on collection and we are based in Bromsgrove.
PLEASE NOTE-The buyer needs to bring their own tools to dismantle the cottage and it is only able to be transported on a Flatbed van due to the sheer size.
